Intego provides a visual 100% inspection of film in real time for roll-to-roll production. The inspection allows the inspection of weld or pressure patterns of the film and the detection of defects such as tears, contamination and wrinkles.

If an error occurs, immediate troubleshooting is possible through readjustment. The error case can be defined depending on the error type and error rate.

A meaningful statistic with image data about the error occurrence of a film roll enables a quality control and at the same time information about error sources. Thus, the solution not only offers a pure quality control but also the basis for a continuous improvement and control of the production process.

The measuring technology and automation can be individually adapted to the different requirements of the production process and thus be integrated into an existing production process.
